Our Process

STAGE 1: POTENTIAL

After an initial enquiry, will make an assessment using all the resources available to us to provide a feasibility report with visual diagrams to see where developmental opportunity resides.

STAGE 2: STRATEGY

We will develop a concept and planning led layouts & massing studies to produce drawings and design statements for discussion, review and iteration.

STAGE 3:PLANNING

We will make a refined planning package and provide a clear recommendation to either submit or to wait. We are hear to guide you.

STAGE 4:TECHNICAL

We provide technical drawings, junction details and building regulations coordination. We work with registered professional where required.
